Abstract The emergence of digital solutions such as collaborative technologies have presented prominent positive aspects how these innovations can lead to an improved integration care by means information channels and deliver healthcare that is more effective, efficient, targeted person-centred also reduce errors the length hospitalization in health facilities. Aim: To assess advancement wellness St. Patrick’s Hospital at Offinso, Offinso South Municipality Ashanti region Ghana.
